My work is from the heart with your best interest in mind. I take my work seriously and am very careful and detail oriented. I charge by the job, not the hour. Most of my rates for "big jobs" are equivalent to the prices of your materials...which is an excellent deal... all except for painting! Please Inquire within! :-)


For example, if we agree for me to put in a secret gate on a different location of your property/fence, and the materials costs $250.00; my price would either be that if not less (depending on job)! ...no matter if the project takes 3 days or a week...my price stays the same (as I complete license). I am precise, accurate and dedicated. I also have a portfolio of recently completed work for your viewing.
