Looking for non-smoking male/female to share with (2)active, neat single teaching professional males non-smoking. I have a well behaved 11 year old mini Dachshund also. There is another 1/2 bath downstairs also for use w/lots of room. This location is close to the Folsom Parkway bike trial, 2 mi. to 50, 4 mi. to Intel, 2 mi. to the lake, 1 mi. to golf/library, shopping etc. Dish satellite TV hookup in the room and phone jack if you want to have your own phone. Tons of wildlife (we have had wild turkeys in our yard). Room is not furnished but there is a work desk avail. in the bonus room. Newer 6 person spa is on the large covered patio w/view to the hills. Other amenities include washer/dryer, 4 room Dish 200 (incl. room), Bose surround w/outdoors, filtered water, Zen fountain and a new gas BQ on patio. (8) Ceiling fans! We have a 2 car garage with some storage space but the car slots are taken. Parking avail. in driveway or street. Utilities are to be split 1/3's for (3) or 1/2 for (2) for Dish w/DVR, PG& E, Smud, and wireless DSL (outside too) (Ave. approx. $50 month each person). Water, sewer, garbage, spa and lawn maintenance INCLUDED. Heating and cooling bills are very low due to protection from hillside to the west and the nice delta breeze on our hill, 8 ceiling fans, and the whole house fan. Huge kitchen and lots of cabinet space. Game/guest room has foosball, darts, and pinball although not used very much. Security Deposit required but terms negotiable.
