Hello!

I am looking for a roommate to share an apartment with that is located in Elk Grove, off East Taron and Elk Grove BLVD. This is a private and gated community, with an on site 24 hr fitness center and 2 pools. The room itself has a walk in closet with a private bathroom and the apartment is the largest of the floor plans available with a full size washer/dryer inside the apartment including a walk in pantry located in the kitchen. The layout is great for a roommate situation and ideal for the common shared areas!

I am simply looking for an honest and friendly roommate who is responsible and fun to be around since we'll be sharing an apartment. I enjoy hanging out at home, going out occasionally but totally focus on work so I need someone who can respect that too during the week. I am looking to get ahead with bills, finances, etc. and saving money so I truly am in need of a roommate to split up the rent and utilities with. The move in date I would like to be by November 7th if that works.
