we are 3 roommates living in a 2 bedroom 2 bath apartment in east Davis, looking for a fourth MALE roommate to share a room. We are clean, easy going, and sociable. The room will be available starting Sept 15th and would be on a year long lease.
the apartment is a nice size. It has a fully furnished living room and kitchen. Utilities are about an additional $30 bucks a month and include internet, cable TV, and PG & E. the apartment is located about 2 miles from the UC Davis campus and is across the street from a grocery store, and many convenient stores. We also have a dog, so must love dogs! =D
