Position: Scheduling Coordinator

National marketing company is currently looking for a scheduling coordinator in the San Diego to cover the greater SD area. New Concepts in Marketing specializes in weekend promotions of new and existing products in retail grocery stores.

Job Description: Responsibilities include scheduling of sales events in retail grocery stores, post event reporting, orientation of Event Personnel and sales event auditing. You must be able to attend Grand Opening events which may require an occasional overnight stay. Average work week is flexible with scheduling normally done during the week and monitoring of events done weekend mornings. You must be a team oriented individual willing to work toward the common goal of the company. A Scheduling Coordinator must be able to multitask and troubleshoot an array of issues that may occur in the respective market areas and have a highly driven desire to achieve the highest levels of execution and performance.

Job Requirements: Computer & organizational skills with working knowledge of the Windows Office Suite of programming. Candidates must be outgoing with good written and verbal communication skills and have the ability to work flexible workdays and hours as determined by business volume. Being bilingual (English/Spanish) would be considered a plus for this position.
