Executive Assistant needed for a High Producing REO Real Estate Team
Full Time Position
Primary responsibilities will include assisting Broker in all duties relevant to the assisting Broker’s core business which includes sales and marketing support and all phases of the transaction management cycle, including database management, purchase agreements, file organization, follow up phone calls, bids, working portals, calendar scheduling and gathering market data and research and interaction with clientele.
• Communication with Vendors (including scheduling work orders/bids, keeping tabs on work in progress and taking pictures when work is completed, etc)
• Respond to REO offers via phone/email. Negotiating skills a must
Ideal candidate will have a broad base knowledge and experience with residential and the REO Market. Knowledge of Microsoft Office, MLS & Win forms, Quicken is a must. Organizational skills and multi-tasking abilities are a priority. Excellent typing & computer skills, title or finance background, communication skills, attention to detail, ability to follow procedures.
Real Estate License Required
Position is hourly with bonuses based on team performance.
