Hammie is rated as a Pass 1, which means that the shelter feels he would do well in a home with children of any age. Hammie walks well on the leash and enjoys just hanging out with you. He is a friendly, happy dog that does not jump up and so far has shown very nice manners. Hammie would love to have a family to love and would make a great addition to any type of home. You will find Hammie in the Augie Doggie Building.

Dogs are "pack animals" and need to be inside the house daily with their humans. Most behavior problems such as barking, digging, chewing and hyper behavior are caused by leaving a dog in a backyard day and night.

Animals must be spayed or neutered before going home. Renters must bring written landlord approval.
