Labrador Retriever - Medium - Adult - Male - Dog - Boone-URGENT

Please contact Saskia at pets.katrina@gmail.com or call Marianna at 916-508-9418 Boone is a country boy! He is 5 years old, 55lbs; Boone is a nice black Lab. Boones owner recently died which is how he came into the shelter. Boone has been an outside only dog who had little contact with humans except for his owner. He did have other dogs outside with him so he was never alone. Boone probably had his physical needs met but social needs are lacking. Were sure he was loved but Boone is unsure how to love others. He is perfectly happy being outside but does not like being fenced in as he was continually looking for a way to jump the 4 ft. fence. When he comes over to you and you have his attention, he gives you kisses and then is off exploring some more. He is an active boy who needs to find a home where he can return love shown to him.
