Jimmy is very smart and knows basic commands: sit, stay, lay down, roll over, off, away, up, paw (handshake), toy and we have been trying to get shake down. That last one helps after a bath to get the excess water off of him!" Jimmy has lived with other dogs for brief times and done well. He's in a boarding kennel now with numerous other dogs and is fine. He lived his entire life until this month with his brother/littermate. Jimmy seems to be OK with cats, at least he tolerated his family's cat. He's Ok with people but shouldn't be in a home with young children because he is nervous around them. Jimmy's people took him to dog parks and he was fine. He's good on leash and they say he has good recall. Jimmy is utd on shots, heartworm negative and has been on preventative, and is neutered. Jimmy would do best in a home where at least one person is home a lot.
