Cattle Dog - Medium - Adult - Male - Dog - Mango

Mango is a deaf, two year old cattle dog who weighs about 35 pounds. Being deaf does not slow Mango down, he even herds. He does need a home where the people are experienced with Australian Cattle Dogs and want a dog that is devoted to them. He is very friendly, gets along well with other dogs and cats but should not be around any small children. He can sometimes be protective, for example, through a fence or if he is startled. Mango has learned several hand signs such as sit, stay, good boy, no and down. He has great house manners, is very healthy, is neutered, and is up to date on all his shots, heart worm tested and on heart worm preventative. This is what his foster family had to say about him. Mango is a delightful, dedicated, loving and devoted companion. He is smart as a whip and has his moments, but, any short comings that he has are far outweighed by the fact that he is a clever and lovable character.
