Aloha and welcome to our little piece of paradise. We have three non-smoking studio condo units: #115 and #160 (ground level) and #319 (top level) for rent located in the beachfront complex islander on the beach in Kapaa, Kauai, HI. They are located on six lushly landscaped oceanfront acres. Each condo features a balcony (#319) or lanai (#115 and #160) where you can enjoy beautiful sunsets and ocean views and each are only a few strides away from your own private beach. Each unit has been renovated as of March 2005. Unit #’s 115 and 319 feature two full sized beds while unit #160 has one Queen bed and a full-sized pull-out couch. Each unit comes equipped with all necessary linens, kitchenette with small refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker, and granite countertops. Other amenities include: Travertine stone flooring throughout, a 27-inch flat screen TV with cable, DVD Player, Sony stereo system (with iPod dock), air conditioning, electronic safe, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, island-style furnishings and photos of actual Kauai surroundings. Telephone and FREE wireless Internet access are also available in the lobby (with your own laptop – internet access is also available via complex computers but a fee will be charged if you use their computers). Soak up the sun in the ocean-side pool, or relax in the Jacuzzi with a Mai Tai from the poolside Tiki hut bar. There are also BBQ grills by the pool and laundry facilities onsite for your convenience. There is also snorkel gear in the unit available for your enjoyment! Centrally located in the town of Kapa'a, you are 30 miles from both the north and south shore. The enchanting Wailua River and Fern Grotto are less than two miles away where you can boat, hike and/or kayak. You are also less than 200 yards from the Coconut Marketplace, which has over 60 specialty shops, restaurants, and a movie theatre. Note: Our units rent for approximately $195.00-$255.00 per night when booked through the onsite property management (through the resort itself). Our Rates: Units 115 and 319: $95.00/night (min. 3-night stay). Weekly rate is $595.00. Unit 160: $115.00/night (min. 3-night stay). Weekly rate is $750.00. Please add 11.4% taxes, a $65.00 non-refundable cleaning fee and a fully refundable $100.00 security deposit. We will give discounts to stays longer than seven nights in units 115 and 319. Our rates are already tough to beat so with the further discount for stays longer than seven nights, you can’t go wrong! As you can see, we DO NOT raise our rates for specific holidays, summer, winter, etc. Our great rates are constant year round.
