A Start-up Traditional Publishing Company launches authors in the best tradition of old-fashioned quality publishing. The California based publishing company does not charge any author fees.

First Journey Publishing Company (FJPC) – a new start-up publisher (2006) is currently seeking writers of non-fiction books, inspirational, short story collections, autobiographies , how-to, self improvement, sports, business, technical, children’s stories (fiction or non-fiction) for its “New Voices Series.”
First Journey is especially interested in books that have African American or multi-cultural themes that can educate, inspire, inform or entertain.  FJPC’s preference is working with writers who have not previously published in the commercial marketplace.
