Required Qualifications:



· 5+ years solid mortgage underwriting experience

· QC audit, fraud and post closing loan audit experience helpful

· Internet Savvy with strong research skills

· Familiar with State and Federal Lending Laws

i.e. RESPA, TILA, ECOA, FHA, HMDA, HOEPA



Must be capable of manually underwriting a mortgage transaction. If the only underwriting experience you have is DO,DU, LP or any other proprietary underwriting software, please do not apply.
